Ramiele Malubay Is Out

Whoa! Just a few minutes after I posted my previous post about Ramiele Malubay being predicted by DialIdol.com to be voted off, I read news about her being out of American Idol already. Wow! That was fast!

I first read about it at JoanJoyce.com and then at Idol Thoughts. Well, I wasn’t that surprised anymore to learn that she was voted off since she was already predicted to be voted off of the show anyway but I was hoping that she could get pass this elimination and move on to next week show where she’ll get a chance to sing a Mariah Carey song. I feel that she’ll perform better because Mariah Carey is one of her favorite singers and that she’ll be able to pick a song she is really comfortable with.

Anyway, now that Ramiele is out I am now down to one possible candidate to win the competition and that is David Archuleta. Yeah, I also mentioned before that Kristy Lee Cook is a favorite of mine but I really don’t see her winning it. I still like her a lot but, the reality is, she can only sing country. In fact, I’m very much curious to how she will perform next week being that it’s a Mariah Carey Week. It’ll also be interesting to see how the guys will do.

Again, DialIdol.com’s prediction is on the money. They predicted that Ramiele will be out and they got it absolutely right.

America has voted and it’s just too bad that Ramiele didn’t get enough votes to stay for another week. Still, American Idol must have been an amazing experience for her and eventhough she didn’t win, but with her sultry voice and a little more experience, she’ll definitely have a good career in singing.
