On June 28, 2008, our very own boxing hero, WBC Featherweight Champion Manny Pacquiao, takes on the current reigning WBC Lightweight Champion, David Diaz in a match dubbed as a “Lethal Combination” with the latter’s title on the line.

The fight will be held at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA but for us here in the Philippines, we can watch the fight FREE via GMA 7 and Solar Sports in a not so slightly delayed broadcast. LOL! If you want to watch the fight live and free of commercials then you are in luck because the fight will be shown at SM Cinemas.
For those with broadband internet access at home, you can watch it FREE and live with the help of Peer-To-Peer (PTP) technology. Download and install SopCast, login as anonymous and on the day of the fight search for HBO PPV or CCTV channel (info from Tagpuan).
