My wife loves watching Korean Dramas on local TV and, since we only have one television, I am forced to watch them with her. I don’t like many of them but the ones I like most are Jumong, The Legend, Jewel in the Palace and Song of the Prince.

Currently, Song of the Prince is aired everyday at 3:00pm on QTV 11, a local channel here in the Philippines. It is a story of a Young Prince who didn’t know he was a prince and was raised as a commoner. He fell in-love with Princess whom later became his Queen.

Watching it everyday got me more interested with it and that led me to search for more information about it online. I found out that each episode was actually one hour long (without commercials). Unfortunately, QTV 11 chops each episode and creates 30 minute episodes which they air everyday. No wonder they can air it everyday (and that’s with advertising in it). If we take out all the commercials then each episode would be like 20 minutes only.

Watching it for 30 minutes everyday made me impatient and started to search online for sites or blogs where I can watch the entire complete series. My search led me to http://songoftheprince.blogspot.com/. This blog/site has all the episodes of Song of the Prince listed and, as of this writing, they are all working.

Thanks to this blog I was able to quench my thirst for Song of the Prince. I’m still watching the localized version on QTV 11 because it’s dubbed in Filipino which makes it more understandable. Besides, repeating or watching it again is worth it.
