Burn In Hell, Undertaker Pyro Accident

    Monday, February 22nd, 2010

Today, we watched the Elimination Chamber LIVE on a local cable channel and it was a solid PPV. Both chambers, Raw and Smackdown, were entertaining to watch although I feel that Raw’s Elimination Chamber were more balanced. Smackdown’s Elimination Chamber were filled with small guys and kinda dragged in some parts during the match.

    Undertaker's Pyro Accident

As for the results, John Cena won Raw’s Elimination Chamber and became the new WWE Champion for about a 10 minutes or less. LOL! After the match, the Chairman appeared on the ramp and ordered Cena to defend the title against Batista. Batista pinned John Cena after a spear and a Batista Bomb making him the new WWE Champion. Bret Hart Back In WWE?

    Saturday, January 9th, 2010

I wasn’t doing anything this morning so I decided to watch some television but I didn’t find anything good to watch on my favorite channels so I decided to channel surf. While going through the channels one by one, a familiar face appeared on one of the channels. The face belonged to Bret Hart and the show was a replay of last monday night’s RAW. I do watch professional wrestling but I haven’t really followed it that much this past few months so I’m kinda out of the loop in what’s happening in the professional wrestling world.

    Bret Hart in WWE

Watching Bret Hart in the middle of a WWE ring is a surprise for me. Wrestling fans know that Bret Hart’s relationship with WWE ended sourly because of what happened in Bret Hart’s match with Shawn Michaels in his last Survivor Series in Montreal. I don’t really know what actually happened at the end of that match but that particular event is now known as the Montreal Screwjob in pro wrestling history. (more…)

    WWE No Mercy 2008

    Sunday, October 5th, 2008

Just finished watching WWE’s No Mercy and good thing I didn’t pay for it but I did watch it legally. It was shown in a local cable channel as a special feature. Anyway, I felt that most, if not all, of the matches were not worth to be on a pay-per-view. All feels short and the setup of each spot move were too obvious. It’s a very mediocre PPV. In fact, I fell asleep during Triple H’s and Jeff Hardy’s match.

The PPV started with the ECW Championship match between Matt Hardy and Mark Henry. I know Matt won’t lose the title to Mark Henry since he just won it at Unforgiven but, come on, do they have to make the match suck as well. I feel that Matt didn’t do enough damage to make the defeat of Henry believable. Hey, it’s fake but it doesn’t have to look fake, right? (more…)

    Funny Royal Rumble 2008 Moment

    Wednesday, January 30th, 2008

I was able to watch the entire 2008 Royal Rumble yesterday and no I’m not talking about the Jimmy Snuka/Roddy Piper thing. I’m referring to the Y2J and JBL’s match where Y2J missed a move but JBL still went down hard on the canvass. Too bad for them, the entire Madison Square Garden caught it and I almost fell out of my chair when I saw JBL fell down like a log. LOL! That particular sequence totally destroyed the match. Y2J was a bloody mess and I felt both tried hard to salvage the match from the botch but all I can think of was JBL falling down from a missed move. (more…)

    Batista defeats the Undertaker clean

    Wednesday, October 31st, 2007

At Cyber Sunday, defending World Heavy Weight Champion Batista cleanly defeated the Undertaker to retain the championship. Stone Cold Steve Austin won the vote to work the match as Guest Referee and he did a nice job with it by not interfering with the match. (more…)
