I wasn’t doing anything this morning so I decided to watch some television but I didn’t find anything good to watch on my favorite channels so I decided to channel surf. While going through the channels one by one, a familiar face appeared on one of the channels. The face belonged to Bret Hart and the show was a replay of last monday night’s RAW. I do watch professional wrestling but I haven’t really followed it that much this past few months so I’m kinda out of the loop in what’s happening in the professional wrestling world.
Watching Bret Hart in the middle of a WWE ring is a surprise for me. Wrestling fans know that Bret Hart’s relationship with WWE ended sourly because of what happened in Bret Hart’s match with Shawn Michaels in his last Survivor Series in Montreal. My wife loves watching Korean Dramas on local TV and, since we only have one television, I am forced to watch them with her. I don’t like many of them but the ones I like most are Jumong, The Legend, Jewel in the Palace and Song of the Prince.
Currently, Song of the Prince is aired everyday at 3:00pm on QTV 11, a local channel here in the Philippines. It is a story of a Young Prince who didn’t know he was a prince and was raised as a commoner. He fell in-love with Princess whom later became his Queen. Read the rest of this entry »
I was watching the fight LIVE through SopCast when my eldest son told me that the fight was also being broadcasted LIVE by a local cable channel. I closed SopCast and decided to watch the fight on TV instead. Watching the fight on TV through a local channel was way better than watching it in SopCast.
As expected, Manny Pacquiao dominated the entire match with Cotto only winning the first round. Cotto even went down twice. Once in the third round and again in the fourth round. After the ninth round, Cotto was no longer fighting. He contented himself to just moving away from Manny. The referee stopped the fight in the 12th round amidst a barrage of punches being thrown by Manny Pacquiao towards Miguel Cotto. Read the rest of this entry »
The other day, my wife was talking about Noynoy Aquino’s new Television Ad. She said it featured a lot of stars from both the Kapuso and Kapamilya networks. I was not able to comment about since I have not seen it yet at that time so I spent the entire day watching local television just to see what she was talking about. I don’t know if I missed it or it wasn’t shown anymore because I never saw it aired.
Having internet access at home, I was able to view it on YouTube which is what I should have done in the first place. Waiting for it to be aired on local television was silly and stupid. LOL! Read the rest of this entry »
